Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. KYC(Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
  4. 4. Monthly installments can be paid on any day of the month.
  5. 5. The Membership Passbook must be redeemed at redemption.
  6. 6. Receipts will be issued for each deposit made.
  7. 7. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
  8. 8. Discontinuing the scheme early,allows redemption only in silver jewellery.
  9. 9. Rewards and Discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early.
  10. 10. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
  11. 11. The scheme is valid only for purchasing jewellery (gold and silver).
  12. 12. Making charges for jewellery vary based on the item.
  13. 13. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery.
  14. 14. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
  15. 15. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
  16. 16. Enrollment can occur any day, without a fixed start date.
  17. 17. Timely payments are necessary to qualify for scheme benefits.
  18. 18. Any payment issues will affect benefits and redemption schedule.
  19. 19. All payments should be recorded and reflected in the membership card.
  20. 20. Scheme completion is required to receive rewards and discounts.
  21. 21. Redemption is based on the completion of installments.
  22. 22. The scheme does not cover refunds or exchanges for cash or bullion.
  23. 23. Wastage(V.A.)and making charges will be applicable for extra gold/grams purchased over the amount paid. Example if a member has accumulated 1.00 gram at the end of the scheme and purchases a jewel weighing 1.200 grams then extra charges will be applied on the extra 0.200 grams.
  24. 24. Taxes on jewellery delivery are the members’s responsibility.
  25. 25. Accurate KYC details are essential for the scheme
  26. 26. All transactions and adjustments related to scheme should be handled transparently
  27. 27. Precious or special stones( Diamonds, Ruby,Emerald,Sapphires,Navratans etc) will be charged and are not covered under the scheme
